				Monica’s place is excellent. The views are incredible. It’s very spacious and well equipped. We cooked one evening and ate outside looking over the ocean. There’s a great restaurant down the street too - about 5 mins and worth a visit. Angela, who looked after the property, was responsive and helpful. She helped us book taxis and answered any questions very quickly. We were able to have a late check out too. 5 stars! Thank you!!!

				The house has the most amazing view and it is much better than what you see in the pictures!Sunset every night, peaceful during the day and lots of colorful flowers was a real plus.In the summer, a beach club down the hill has a 7pm to 1pm bar with music and it is quite loud at the house so bring some ear plugs.The AC was not working when we came so if this is important for you (bear in mind that temperature here are above 28 degrees even at night) make sure to ask about it.Angela the greeter is very helpful and nice.The apartment is near most beaches and 30min from the Port.

				Casa spaziosa per soggiorno tra amici, inoltre la vista con tramonto sul mare è un valore aggiunto. 😀 - Ottima la posizione, la disposizione della casa, il living, il terrazzo e ovviamente la vista. Le camere erano grandi e spaziose, la cucina rifornita e in 6 stavamo molto comodi. 😞 - L'unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato riguarda il tenere aperte porte e finestre dopo una certa ora. Purtroppo è proibitivo in quanto la casa e le camere si riempiono di insetti, lumache e gechi. Se ci fossero delle zanzariere sarebbe davvero ottimo.

				The view is fantastic but most of the furniture is the very cheapest . The terrace is amazing but there is no way to create shade since there is no umbrella or sun protection blinds

				Exceptional 😀 - La Villa è veramente magica, scenario mozzafiato, arredi curati finanche le stoviglie sono deliziose. La casa è ideale per un eventuale gruppo di amici. L' ospitalità poi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, la disponibilità della Signora Angela è stata incantevole ci ha accolto con un grande sorriso oltre il tempo del check in ed è stata disponibilissima ad ogni nostra richiesta. Una di quelle rare volte dove struttura ed ospitalità sono entrambi di altissimo profilo. Più che consigliato direi perdutamente innamorato. 😞 - None

				The view from this spot is breathtaking. We had a wonderful relaxed time and enjoyed the easy access to Panza and Forio. A great place to work remotely too! Hire a scooter if you stay here - the roads around the house are tiny so a scooter makes things much more accessible. The aircon is broken currently which made for some sleepless nights but Angela was kind enough to drop off a fan when requested. Would definitely stay here again!
